    Prohibited behavior at the event:

    To ensure the "Magic World" remains a safe and magical space for all our Masters, Princesses, and Crew, the following actions are strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with these rules will result in immediate removal from the venue without a refund.

    1. Interaction with the Crew
    Physical Contact:     Strictly no touching of our Meido or Butler crew at any time.    Privacy & Boundaries: Do not ask for the crew’s private information (legal names, personal contact numbers, or home addresses).Off-Duty Conduct: Stalking, waiting for crew members at the entrance/exit, or attempting "out-of-store" socializing is strictly forbidden.Zero Tolerance for Harassment: Any verbal abuse, sexual comments, or harassing behavior toward our maids or crew will result in a permanent ban.2. Photography & Recording
    Strict Media Policy:     Photographing, video recording, or voice recording within the venue is prohibited.    Exceptions: You are more than welcome to take photos/videos of your food and drinks! Staff photography is only permitted through the purchase of official Cheki or Selfie Vouchers.3. Venue Etiquette & Safety
    Condition of Entry:     Guests entering in a drunken or heavily intoxicated state will be refused entry.    Outside Substances: No outside food or drinks are allowed. Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited within the event venue.General Conduct: Any behavior that disturbs the peace of the store, our employees, other guests, or neighboring businesses will not be tolerated.4. Business & Reputation
    Unauthorized Solicitation:     The selling or promotion of your own products or services at our event is strictly prohibited.    Defamatory Remarks: Any defamatory remarks or actions taken against MaiDOKI, our staff, or our partner venue will be handled seriously.Compliance: Access to the "Magic World" is a privilege. Guests who refuse to follow the rules and instructions of the MaiDOKI management will be asked to leave.

    Gifting & Appreciation Policy.

    Our Meido, Butler and crew deeply appreciate the kindness of our Masters and Princesses! If you wish to offer a gift to your favorite crew member, we kindly ask that you follow these guidelines to ensure the safety and comfort of our home.

    1. General Gift Guidelines
    Transparency:     Gifts must not be permanently sealed or gift-wrapped in a way that prevents our management from inspecting the contents.    Modesty: To keep the atmosphere humble and fair, we kindly ask that you avoid overly expensive or extravagant luxury gifts.Portability: Please ensure gifts are not too large or heavy, as our crew must be able to carry them home easily after their shift.Appropriateness: Items deemed morally offensive, inappropriate, or contrary to the spirit of the cafe will not be accepted.2. Forbidden Items (For Safety & Hygiene)
    For the protection of our crew, we cannot accept the following:    Consumables: No food, beverages, or medicine of any kind.Hygiene & Living Gifts: No hygiene products, cosmetics, or living creatures (plants/animals).Digital Media: No flash drives, USB sticks, SD cards, or other data-storage devices.Personal Privacy: Items must not contain the giver's personal contact information, home address, or private social media details.3. Monetary Gifts & Tips
    Cash Gifts:     No monetary gifts allowed. You may wish to tip via the official avenues instead.    Digital Tipping: If you wish to provide a tip for exceptional service, please inform a staff member.4. The Final Check
    All gifts must be handed to the Event Lead or a designated staff member first. MaiDOKI management reserves the right to decline any gift that is deemed inappropriate or does not follow the safety standards listed above.
