Stalking or waiting for Crew to come in and out

Asking for the Crew's private information (real name, contact, etc.)

Out-of-Store Socializing with Crew

No pets allowed

No smoking allowed

No selling of your products at our event

Verbal abuse, sexual comments, or harassing behavior toward Crew

Entering the store in a drunken state

Photographing, video recording, or recording in the store without permission (except vouchers purchase, food photo/video is okay)

Any defamatory remarks against KIRAKIRA, our staff or the restaurant.

If you do not follow the rules of KIRAKIRA

Any other behavior that disturbs our store, our employees, our customers, or neighboring stores.

If any of the following actions are spotted, you will be asked to leave the event immediately and may not be allowed to enter the restaurant in the future.

Gift shall not be packed in a way that we cannot check the contents of it

All monetary form of gifts should be given in a proper money packet, no giving away cash randomly

If you wish to give a tip to any of the crew, do so by letting our staff know and use the qr code given

Avoid overly expensive gifts in general

No beverages, food or medicine allowed

No hygiene or living creatures

No general media allowed - including flash drives, USB, SD CARD etc

Items that contain personal information such as the master's or princess's contact information or address

Items that are too large or heavy to carry home

Items that are considered morally offensive to public

Items other than the above that the our crew deems inappropriate

If the gift is found to contain an item that cannot be given as a gift during the gift check by the staff, it will be returned as is.

If you attempt to give contact information, or if the contents of the gift are intended to harass or hurt the recipient, you may be banned from KIRAKIRA's events.
